About
Hi, I’m Andreas. I support leaders who want to handle demanding people situations with more clarity, confidence, and effectiveness — especially when expectations are high, change is difficult, or conversations become challenging. For more than 12 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of leadership, organizational development, and transformation. My approach combines research-backed thinking with practical experience from leadership development, coaching, and strategic transformation work. Rather than offering generic advice, I help mentees think clearly, act deliberately, and make progress on the leadership challenges that matter in their day-to-day work. I hold a PhD in emotional intelligence and have supported leaders through coaching, leadership development, and change-related initiatives in large organizational contexts. My work has focused on helping leaders strengthen feedback habits, manage expectations, navigate pressure, and lead change in a way that is both effective and sustainable. I can support you with: 1.
